What types of picnic tables do you offer?
We offer standard picnic tables in sizes ranging from 5 to 10 feet (custom orders can be larger or smaller)

What materials are your picnic tables made from?
Our tables are made from one of three materials depending on customer choice: SPF (spruce, pine, or fir), Pressure treated lumber, or cedar.

Are your picnic tables weather-resistant or treated for outdoor use?
We offer pressure treated lumber that is weather resistant and treated. Our spruce tables are untreated but can be stained and weatherproofed after purchase with stains from hardware stores. Cedar tables are naturally resistant and can be enhanced further with stains.

Can I customize the size, color, or finish of my picnic table?
We are able to produce custom sizes and stained or painted tables for additional costs.

Are your tables sturdy and suitable for heavy/commercial use?
Our tables are incredibly durable and can withstand heavy use. We utilize 2x6 lumber throughout the table and everything is held together with oversized weather resistant screws and bolts.

How many people can each table seat?
Five foot tables can seat 4, Six foot tables can seat 6, Eight foot tables can seat 8, and ten foot tables can seat 10.

How do I place an order for a picnic table?
Orders can be placed on our website or over the phone

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, interac e-transfer, cash on delivery, or crypto currencies.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes we provide discounts for bulk orders of 5 or more tables, please contact us for more information

Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Due to the large size of our product we currently only ship within approximately 100km of Toronto

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $25 for a single table and free for orders of 3 or more tables.

How long will it take for my picnic table to arrive?
Your order will be ready within 3-5 business days. Our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup options?
Yes we offer local pickup in North York by Weston road and 401. Please note the tables are large and will require a truck or van to pick up. We can have them partially disassembled if requested.

Will my picnic table arrive assembled or will I need to put it together?
Your table will arrive fully assembled to your door unless requested otherwise.

How much clearance does a table require to move through doors or gates or doors?
A fully assembled table requires 30 inches of clearance to move through doors.

Are you able to place the table on a deck or move it to my rear yard?
Our delivery agent will place the table curbside on your property and can assist with moving it to another location on your property if required. Our delivery agent cannot transport the table up stairs. Tables over 8 feet in length can only be delivered to the front of properties.

Is assembly required, and do you provide instructions?
The tables come fully assembled. If you require partial disassembly to transport or bring into tight spaces, instructions will be provided.

What tools will I need to assemble the picnic table?
An adjustable wrench and a square screw driver are the only tools needed for disassembly and re-assembly.

How do I maintain or clean my picnic table to ensure it lasts?
We recommend owners cover their table during the winter and keep the base elevated off the soil whenever possible (by placing bricks underneath the feet). Staining the table with a weatherproofing stain can prolong the life and maintain a beautiful appearance.

Do you offer any protective covers or accessories for the tables?
We offer covers and staining kits

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer a return policy, we will however fix any damage or defects through out warranty program

What happens if my picnic table arrives damaged?
Simple, we send a a replacement.

Do your picnic tables come with a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our tables and will repair or replace any broken or damaged aspect of the table within the first year of purchase.

How do I file a warranty claim?
Simply call or email our team and mention the damage and your order number.

Where are your picnic tables made?
Our tables are made in Toronto!

Do you use sustainable or eco-friendly materials?
Our tables are made entirely of wood and steel. Wood is a naturally renewable product sourced from North American forests. Steel is highly recyclable.

Can I visit your workshop or showroom to see the tables in person?
You are welcome to schedule an appointment at our pickup location to see tables available for purchase.
